Certification

After successfully completing the checkride, submit an application for a Private Pilot Certificate (Form 8710-1) to the FAA.
Once your application is processed and approved, you'll receive your Private Pilot Certificate, allowing you to fly as pilot-in-command of an aircraft for personal or recreational purposes.
It's important to note that these steps provide a general outline, and the specific requirements and procedures may vary slightly based on factors such as the flight school you choose, the type of aircraft you train on, and any additional endorsements or ratings you pursue (e.g., instrument rating, multi-engine rating, etc.). Always consult with FAA-approved instructors and examiners for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding pilot certification.
